In July of 2000 Mr. Grohman began his insurance career with Farnsworth Webb & Greer as a tenacious, new commercial agent. Over the years he quickly developed a loyal book of business with diverse clientele. He is dedicated to building long term relationships of trust, professionalism and friendship. Currently, Mr. Grohman serves as one of the Vice Presidents and Directors of Webb & Greer Insurance Agency Inc.

As a fifth generation native to the state of Arizona, Mr. Grohman holds strong ties to the local community and understands the needs of local business owners. He attended Dobson High School in Mesa, Arizona where he participated on the football, basketball and baseball teams. He went on to Mesa Community College in Mesa, Arizona and graduated from the University of Phoenix in Phoenix, Arizona in July of 2000 with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management. Mr. Grohman earned the prestigious designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) in December of 2003 from the Society of Certified Insurance Counselors. His CIC designation has been in good standing from that day to the present.

In addition to his dedication to the success of Webb & Greer Insurance Agency, Mr. Grohman also generously volunteers his time in the community. He has served on the Dads’ Club board at the local elementary school, with the Boy Scouts of America, in leadership roles at his church, and in various coaching positions with his children.
